The Tour Links’ parts are delivered
ready to assemble.
Following your design, assemble the first row of panels.
Place the Tour Links foam contour in the desired position.
The panels are assembled on top of the foam contour.
Always pull the panels towards you. Do not kick or hammer
panels into place.
Following your design, continue assembling the panels
until the design is complete.
Do a final check making sure the panel layout is correct
and the holes are in their proper positions.
Install cups and filler plates.
Make sure all the panels are spread apart about 1/8 “ to
allow for expansion.
Install the washers and self-tapping screws around the
perimeter of the green. To allow for panel expansion
and contraction, NEVER TIGHTEN SCREWS. Keeping all screws
lose will allow for easy movement of the panels.
Put the pre-cut putting turf in place.
Put the pre-cut fringe in place.
Seam the fringe to the putting turf using a tar tape
product. There are several approved methods of seaming
the fringe to the turf.
Vacuum your turf, and insert the pin flags. You are ready
to go.
Two hours of installation creates a great putting green
virtually anywhere.
